Becoming An Operator

We provide a framework for sharing key points about your value and experience. We encourage you to provide as much or as little additional information as you choose.

We review the data that you share and the market for your skills and capabilities. This evaluation is used to determine what kind of business you would be a good fit for and the probability of finding a quality match.

We then schedule a call with you to share our findings and ask some additional questions. We encourage a friendly dialog as we get to know you and what your values are.

We use the additional information shared to make a roadmap for being placed as an operator. This can kick of in as soon as 1 day and as far as a year after the roadmap is shared.

When the time is right, we will share a proposed offer to be a business operator. This will come with all the information needed for you to make a well informed and data driven decision.

We will stay in frequent contact during the road ahead, with high support early on as the operation is being stabilized and continued support in every phase there after.
